Background
GIZ set-up 12 State of the Art RAC trade training facility in India under HPMP II and will continue working with these institutions under HPMP III as well. The aim is to further strengthen the training infrastructure and enable comprehensive understanding of the refrigeration and air conditioning technology of Indian skill and industrial training institutions. Through setting up of state-of-the-art RAC trade training facility, the aim is to have the infrastructure ready to enable the RAC fraternity to have access to training systems that holistically provide conceptual understanding to handle both non-Ozone Depleting Substances (non-ODS) and low –Global Warming Potential refrigerants.
Purpose of the Tender:
The purpose of the tender is to procure and supply refillable cylinders and refrigerant gas (“goods”) to enlisted locations in India for client GIZ. The goods are for the state-of-the-art Refrigeration and Air conditioning (RAC) trade training facility to be set up in select Industrial Training Institute (ITI) and National Skill Training Institute (NSTI) in India under Hydrochlorofluorocarbon Phase out Management Plan (HPMP) Stage III India.
