The auction will be conducted under the supervision of a departmental committee for the disposal of rejected/unused materials. Interested bidders can inspect the materials three days prior to the auction. The auction will take place on 30/12/2025 from 1100 AM to 500 PM at the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Wildlife, Udaipur. A security deposit of 2% of the total value is required to participate in the auction. The materials will be sold on an ''''as is, where is'''' basis. The successful bidder must pay one-fourth of the bid amount in cash immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount due the next day.
